Units retire on schedule.

Our fleet is replaced on a fixed schedule, whether or not a unit has failed. Repairs are decided by arithmetic, and close calls go to replacement, so worn equipment doesn’t stay in circulation.

Proof

Clean you can check.

Every unit arrives sealed, with a card showing what was done, when, and by whom. An intact seal means ready. A broken seal means the unit comes back to us.

Between two patients

Every unit makes the same five stops before it returns to a hospital floor, and each stop is recorded against the unit’s ID. The times shown are one unit’s example record.
